Clerks is a film made in 1994 that was made at rather low budget. Some of the elements that show that Clerks is a low budget film would be that the costumes throughout the film are very casual, nothing fancy. Next the setting, for example, there are not too many sets in this film, most of which are film in the convenience store. There is also a lack of lighting during the film and in some places there are spots which are darker than others.
